1. Order Processing
All orders are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, it goes through a production phase before shipping.

Shipping Time: Varies by destination and shipping method (typically 3–8 business days after production)
Note: Delays may occur during high-demand seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, product type, and quantity. We currently ship to the United States and select international countries.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
4. Shipping Carriers
Printful partners with major global carriers like USPS, FedEx, DHL, and others to deliver your orders efficiently and safely.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, is missing items, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue.

6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international orders, customs fees and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
