1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our merchandise and limited-edition drops, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item

• A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement item or store credit.

3. Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to an error on our part, we’ll cover return shipping costs. We do not cover shipping costs for items returned without approval.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been shipped and a tracking number is provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the shipping provider for any delivery-related issues.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
